Perspective: It was Donald Trump’s Department of Justice that Indicted & Prosecuted Michael Cohen in 2018, for 8 Criminal charges: • 5 counts of Tax Evasion. • 1 count of making False Statements to a Financial Institution. • 1 count of willfully causing an unlawful corporate contribution. • 1 count of making an excessive Campaign Contribution at the request of a Candidate. These crimes were committed by the direction & behest of Donald J Trump. Cohen was Indicted & Incarcerated for Trump’s crimes, by Trump’s Administration & DOJ.
