I forgot that Tweetdeck exists until this morning, and happened to revisit it. Man, what a great way to interact with Twitter. On mobile I only use Tweetbot. On desktop I just don't use Twitter. But now I can use tweetdeck.twitter.com/ again and not hate the non-chrono timeline.
Why is this so oddly addicting? The sharing feature being pretty much perfectly tuned for copy/paste with no loss in fidelity, combined with it only being a 2-5 minute diversion, makes it pretty great.

People seem to be redefining Web 2.0 as Facebook, etc, that own data, but Web 2.0 at the time was platforms like WordPress, Odeo, Six Apart, Flickr, Technorati, and del.icio.us that had open data and interoperated. flickr.com/photos/ross/49490…
