I'm a mac guy, but these flaws annoy me daily: 1. spotlight search does not add weights to items I've opened recently or often 2. the dictionary fails to find words when they are just 1 char off 3. mail search fails to search for mail @Apple, why is your indexing is so bad? lmk if you need any tips

Don't loop your agents. Use map/reduce/filter instead.

I find Figma to be absolutely frustrating to use. Nothing is intuitive

I'll consider software 'solved' when the macos spell checker works

Michael is building Bobyard, one of my favorite AI platforms and new high-growth companies. Really cool to see what’s now possible to support the trades, and increase productivity in construction.
Sat down to answer a few questions about Bobyard's huge 2.0 launch today. What I'm most excited about: material-centric takeoffs, a centralized AI workbench, and overall a platform that literally moves as fast as you can think. Check it out:

I think twitter (especially AI twitter and politics twitter) greatly overestimates other people's capacity for change process change (and political views change) can be very slow

I learned today that roughly 5000 companies still run Visual Fox Pro a reminder that, in the world of AI prognostication, enterprise change can be very slow

would pay for "AI Free" twitter feed - not just AI gen content, but all talk of AI, AGI, all of it my feed only talks about AI stuff and heads up to X: I have other interests

I suspect a lot of people who've tried openclaw will be inspired to write their own version of it

openclaw is fun and all, but I'm finding it's also quite brittle. (non-deterministic automation equals non-deterministic reliability I guess)

twitter needs a way to pause a topic for a while - like an extension of mute. ie I like AI discussion sometimes, but not 100% AI all the time
71
openclaw is fun, but also a massive time sink

sure is a lot of discourse today

twitter (or X if you must) needs a vague-post excluding filter. would pay $$ for this.

I don't think we talk enough about how Batman was Betelgeuse. and vice versa

I need a way to globally mute topics across all platforms. for example, I need to instruct twitter/youtube/insta/etc that I have absolutely no interest in motorsports of any kind and they should never offer me that content. same for “Kardashian”
