When considering your 0-day protection strategies, ask:
1. Am I important enough to risk burning an 0-day on?
2. Am I secure enough that an attacker would ever really consider burning an 0-day?
If the answers to both aren't a firm YES, spend resources on the basics instead.

1) Network/Perimeter Security is a failed model
2) New Architecture required to fix #1: BeyondCorp / Zero Trust Model is the best replacement
