Truth, kindness should be quite not loud, the impressions it creates should be loud.

8 habits that are shortening your life span
1.) Using damp towels to bathe- dry your towels properly after each use. Your skin will thank you.
2.) Biting your nails, you’re ingesting bits of faeces and all sort of gems daily
3.) Using your kitchen sponge for more than 1 month. That sponge holds more bacteria than your toilet seat.
4.) Sitting too long for more than 6 hours. You’re increasing your risk of heart problems daily. Move every 45 minutes If You sure you are not a tree.
5.)Staying indoor always. Dear remote workers, Go get some sun and fresh air.
6.) Living your whole life on your Bed. e.g eating, working, e.t.c You’re teaching your brain that bed is not only for sleeping, once your brain gets used to it, Insomnia becomes your bff.
7.) Brushing right after eating. Oh, your poor tooths.
8.)Wearing outdoor shoes indoors. You are polluting your floors. If you already have kids, it’s even worse.
Happy Wednesday to you all. I come in peace ✌🏻 😍😘
Mek I hear say you beat her fess. 😊
If you actually value your phone and use it for serious business, then you must keep it off the reach of your children. You can always use another toy instead of your phone. You mummies should stop this mistakes and be blaming our babies! 🙄😢
Mothers with babies and expensive phones, this one is for you 😭💔
Yesterday, I was bathing my baby. After dressing her up, I handed her my Samsung S24 to keep her calm while I quickly cleaned up.
Next thing I heard?
"PLOP" 😭😭
This small human launched my phone straight into the water like it was a toy!
My heart literally stopped.
I've had Samsung A-series phones before that died from water damage and cost me serious money to repair.
I was already calculating how much this S24 repair would cost and rehearsing the: "Babe, please don't be mad" speech for my husband 😂
I quickly fished it out and waited for the worst😭
But guess what?
The S24 is still working perfectly till now! 🔥
No issues. No glitches. Nothing.
Samsung actually shocked me with this one 👏
Who else has had their phone baptized by their baby? 😂👇
So apt. A small account that I can consider "tiny account" when compared to my account did saved me in the past.

A man from my town traveled abroad and left his wife behind in the village.
While living overseas, he's involved with other women, and many people seem to accept it simply because he's a man. Yet if his wife were to do the same, she would be condemned and called an abomination.
How do we make sense of that? Isn't she human too? Doesn't she have the same emotions, needs, and desires as anyone else?
If one is excused while the other is judged, then perhaps it's worth asking whether the standard is truly fair.
What do you think about this?

Copshop isn’t just a movie, it’s what happens when two psychotic alphas (Butler & Grillo) decide the police station is their octagon.
No plot armor. Just pure violence and bad decisions.
This is the last great dumb fun action movie.
🎬🎥 Copshop ❤️🔥

One woman constantly mocked her husband because she earned more than him.
In front of friends, she would embarrass him openly. "Look at you. A grown man depending on a woman."
Then one night during an argument, she shouted, "You’re not even the father of our last child anyway."
Everybody went completely silent.
At first, people thought she only said it out of anger. But the husband couldn’t sleep after that night.
A few days later, he secretly did a DNA test. The child wasn’t his 🙆
He didn’t fight. Didn’t argue. Didn’t expose her.
He just quietly packed his things and disappeared from the marriage.
One sentence destroyed an entire family. Sometimes anger reveals truths people were never supposed to hear. And some words, once spoken can never be taken back.
The woman who spent years making her husband feel small ended up alone.
Not because he left. But because she handed him a reason to.
Some words leave wounds that outlast the argument that caused them.
Could you ever forgive something like this? Or would you do exactly what he did?

She dey try well well. Mek she continue
Media personality Ashmusy revealed during a podcast session on Echo Room that she is not under pressure to get married early because she has already frozen her eggs as part of her future family plans.
She explained that many women rush into marriage because of concerns about their biological clock, and according to her, such pressure can sometimes lead people into the wrong relationships. Ashmusy stated that she is certain about becoming a mother and, if marriage does not happen early enough, she is open to conceiving through insemination when she feels ready. She also mentioned that she hopes to have mixed-race children in the future.
One important lesson from her statement is that people should avoid making life-changing decisions because of societal pressure or age expectations. Marriage, parenthood, and personal happiness should happen at the right time and with the right intentions, not because of fear or competition with others.

My aunt had been dating a man in the UK for years. He was the only guy she had ever known. They met before he relocated and he promised her he will come back to marry her when the time was right. Anytime he came to Nigeria, she will cook different delicacies for him and he will take her to Hotel to fornicate.
After he finally made it in the UK, he told her to help him supervise the house he was building for their future after they marry. So, she gladly supervised this project. Sometimes, she would even use her money to pay some site workers and complete some urgent constructions. She helped him to build the house from scratch without stealing any of his money in hope that she was doing it for their future after-all.
Few months after she had built it to her taste, she called him and told him that the building was complete in excitement, asking him when he was coming to see her family, now that he was clearly ready, but to her greatest shock, he told her to move on with her life.
The next time he came back to Nigeria, he married someone else.
