i’ve reached a point where i no longer expect that fandom to talk about haknyeon. now, all haknyeon has are the *jusadan* and the sincere people who continue to support him. and i want to say thanks to the jusadan members who are still with haknyeon to this day.

the court has ruled in favor of #JUHAKNYEON #주학년 and has ordered the reporter to pay him 200 million won
- the court has decided that it us difficult to conclude that he has engaged in prostitution therefore saying that the facts stated in the article are FALSE
- the court stated that the reporter defamed haknyeon with the false statements made in the article causing him significant psychological harm therefore setting the compensation of 200 million won
#haknyeon deserves better and all the love in the world. ❤️🩹
Important take aways from this:
- ONE HUNDRED LABEL is ordered to face the legal fallout from this
- the court ruled that Joo Hak-nyeon’s contract was wrongly terminated.
- Joo Hak-nyeon is free to continue as a solo artist and (unfortunately) will not be returning to The Boyz
- The original reporter who was responsible for spreading the false narrative about Joo Hak-nyeon was indicted on defamation charges
- Joo Hak-nyeon is currently going through with his own lawsuit against One Hundred Label for Wrongful termination, lost wages and damaged career value, and collecting unpaid settlements.
- Unfortunately, there is no indication that Joo Hak-nyeon will rejoin The Boyz in the future seeing both he and the group have already adjusted and accepted the sudden and forced change but never say never.
All parts of the lawsuit is not yet confirmed, however Joo Hak-nyeon IS actively suing One Hundred Label for wrongful termination and defamation.
Seeing how it was already in court proven that Joo Hak-nyeon was wrongly terminated and wrongly removed from his group, I don’t see him losing his lawsuit.

for the sake of financial issues, the company had to sacrifice someone using dirty tactics like this, it’s absolutely disgusting. they’re covering up corruption, gambling, and affairs by dragging haknyeon into it.

Just imagine the amount of hate he’s endured all this time, even after proving that none of it was true, there are still people who refuse to believe him.

For me, it feels like TBZ is only trying to please kdeobis and solo stans who are ready to move on and forget members the second they’re not their bias.
Do the rest of us not exist? The fans who are willing to support all 11? The fans who have shown time and time again that when one member is treated unfairly, we’ll stand behind them and stay by their side?
We always say we’ll support the group even through hard times, yet somehow it feels like more focus is being placed on the fans who are immediately ready to leave members behind and move on as long as their bias is still there.
What about the fans who never stopped believing in ALL 11?
cgw has been arrested and detained for fraud. that is exactly what i said before crimes must be met with punishment. i hope she receives a penalty befitting what she did to haknyeon. where are this damn woman's supporters now? Look at this are you still defending her?
