tx! This is of course the outcome of a long-term team effort!
Kudos to all current and former lab members and collaborators!!
(...yes we need to update our group photo :)
🎉Congratulations to @jhcepas for being named a Highly Cited Researcher by @Clarivate for the fifth consecutive year!

An international initiative to advance our understanding of life at cellular resolution. Many challenges ahead. We look forward to contributing through phylogenomics analyses and orthology predictions.@CBGP_Madrid @CSIC @INIA_es
The rare microbial biosphere harbors many chemosensitive microorganisms undetectable by regular shotgun metagenomics. We can now explore them using our custom target-capture sequencing approach. Impressive work by @clausanchis, part of her PhD thesis!

Check with the latest features of TreeProfiler in github.com/compgenomicslab/T… and
github.com/dengzq1234/treepr…. Here is a small demo of profiling tree over 100k leaves with multipule columns of presence/absence matrix.
Awesome work by @deng_ziqi TreeProfiler: a tool for large-scale metadata profiling along gene and species trees.
