BEACON, our Black Business Resource Group, organized a first for United: flight 1258 from Houston to Chicago was operated by an all-Black team to celebrate their heritage, inspire future aviators and airline professionals and honor Juneteenth National Independence Day.

When you have 1) your own flight school, 2) ambitious plans to hire thousands pilots and 3) a real commitment to diversity, you can do something big. @united has all three. ✈️✈️✈️
