The question was about downsizing, not total replacement. If you watch the video instead of relying on fake quoted captions from X influencers,
I said the AI tools we built would be given to relevant departments to boost output and free up time for other work.
I also mentioned room for growth at Jeroid, so those whose jobs these tools can do better would be promoted to more important roles that cannot be downsized using such tools.
The main point is how AI can help companies offload the boring, simple tasks many people do today.
