I’m covering 25.5 miles on foot today to support my teammate and brother @LoganTurner317 as he kicks of his “Miles For Nora” event
He will be running across the entire state is Indiana for the next 8 days while pushing his daughter Nora who has severe special needs in order to bring awareness for her condition and the plight of families with special needs children
But it’s also a wild adventure that celebrates the dad daughter bond and what having courage to try to make a difference in your own little way looks like when things start to get big

Our cat came back!!! We left a front window open and she found her way back in! I spent hours walking around our neighborhood looking for her, I cant wait for the prince to wake up tomorrow 💙
Our Sassy cat got outside yesterday without us knowing and has not came back. She is an indoor kitty, sure hope some instincts kick in.

Increasingly think the secret to modern life is just completely rejecting the humiliation rituals.
Alot of dudes seem to make an implicit assumption that the humiliation rituals are unavoidable...
Or that they are going to trade putting up with the humiliation rituals in exchange for some type of gain...
