Mohammed Rahhal, 43, was booked on August 31 after an arrest by Grand Prairie Police.
His record lists:
IMMIGRATION HOLD.
Felony drug charge - 1 to 4 grams.
$15,000 bond.
Race: “WHITE.”
Now the questions nobody seems interested in answering:
Who is he? Where is he from? How did he enter America? Why exactly was there an immigration hold? Was he handed to ICE and deported or released back onto Texas streets?
Nearly a month later, I can find no public answer.
And remember: government databases routinely classify Middle Eastern/North African individuals as “White,” meaning the racial label tells Americans virtually nothing about nationality or immigration history.
How many more immigration holds are buried in local Texas arrest records while nobody is watching?

🛑 Garces Perez Called Mom Mid-Chase 🛑
Wilber Rafael Garces Perez, 28, of Venezuela, knew ICE was chasing him on Sunday’s North Austin stop near Anderson Square. He called his mother in Venezuela and told her that it was ICE who was chasing him. He knew he was being pursued and refused to stop.
Listen to the interview with his mother. These are the actions of someone who is not in the country legally.
DHS says the DoorDash driver had a final order of removal. His lawyer still claims he entered legally and had a work permit, but a work permit does not grant immigration status.
He was shot in the torso, treated at Dell Seton, then released Sunday evening into ICE custody. FAFO.

Here is the full video of the North Austin incident where ICE shot the illegal alien known as Wilber Rafael Garces Perez, 28, from Venezuela. It includes EMS arriving to pick him up at the 8000 block of Anderson Square.
Austin-Travis County EMS Chief Robert Luckritz said crews were notified about 12:56 p.m., were on scene in about three and a half minutes, found an adult man with a gunshot wound to the torso, and got him off the scene within nine minutes of their arrival. He was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center in serious but stable condition.
Garces Perez was released from the hospital Sunday evening and is currently in ICE custody. Very little has been released by DHS on what led up to the shots.

🛑 Limon Verde Threatens to Dox ICE in Austin 🛑
ICE is already back out on the streets of Austin, Texas doing God’s work. Here Limon Verde, the infamous Austin Rabid Responder, threatens ICE on video to dox them and find out who they are.
Limon Verde is a Spanish-language Austin activist who publicly alerts illegal aliens when ICE is operating in the area. He has admitted he is a “warning system for immigrants across Central Texas.” His sole purpose is to find ICE’s location and tell illegal aliens to avoid it. Now he threatens to dox agents on camera.
Under 8 U.S.C. §1324, knowingly shielding an illegal alien from detection is a federal felony.
It is unbelievable that @AGToddBlanche has not indicted this guy for actively impeding ICE. What are you waiting for, DOJ?

This is “Limon Verde,” the Austin activist who spends his days livestreaming ICE arrests specifically to warn illegal aliens so they can escape.
He openly calls himself a “warning system for immigrants across Central Texas.” 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(A)(iii) makes it a federal crime to knowingly shield illegal aliens from detection.
The Fifth Circuit already ruled in United States v. Rubio-Gonzalez that simply warning people immigration agents are coming is enough for a conviction.
He has admitted his own mother is an illegal alien.

UPDATE - LINDSAY CLANCY’S DEFENSE ATTORNEY IS NOW ASKING THE JUDGE TO INVESTIGATE THE HOLDOUT JUROR.
Attorney Kevin Reddington is asking Judge William Sullivan to investigate “Juror Doe,” including reviewing his confidential juror questionnaire, summons and background information, records involving an alleged prior case and abuse-prevention order, and information surrounding his cellphone use during deliberations. The defense also wants the judge to potentially question him about his voir dire answers, whether he received outside information, and whether he used his phone while the jury was deliberating.
So much of what is now being used to fuel this investigation has been based on rumor, speculation, social-media claims and fake or misleading reporting pushed by mainstream media outlets. There has been an absolute witch hunt surrounding this ONE juror, started by content creators, amplified by the media, and, in my opinion, encouraged in part by the defense attorney himself.
So, if we are going to go down this road and investigate jurors based on allegations and post-trial claims, then let’s make sure we investigate ALL OF THE JURORS.
Let’s investigate the jurors who supposedly wore pink for Lindsay. (According to rumor)
Let’s investigate the jurors who were reportedly on THEIR phones.
Let’s investigate the jurors who reportedly admitted to being activists.
And let’s investigate the eight jurors who reportedly said they wanted Lindsay to be free from the BEGINNING OF THE TRIAL.
If we are going to start digging into one juror’s background, cellphone use, questionnaire answers and alleged conduct because he happened to be the lone holdout, then the same level of scrutiny should be applied across the board.
You cannot turn one juror into the target of an entire post-trial investigation while completely ignoring allegations surrounding the jurors whose positions benefited the defense.
I truly hope the judge DENIES this request.
And if the court decides that juror conduct needs to be investigated, then investigate all of it! Not just the man who refused to give the defense the outcome THEY wanted. We all know that this is the REAL reason. We KNOW that this is a witch-hunt.
I also fully expect Michael’s attorney to make a statement regarding this very soon.
