sometimes I forget that all the music I am listening to is getting shared publicly on last.fm

I get well angry with the internet's advice on which fonts are good alternatives to others. Like, if you're looking for a web-safe / free / fallback for Helvetica Neue, surely you'd go for Helvetica, Inter, or even Arial over Roboto (Google's top suggestion)

I get that the scenario you're designing for will have an influence on your decision, and Roboto has the classic Helvetica R 'kick'. But other than that in what world does this embody a similar look / feeling? Is this some sort of AI lack of nuance thing?

today at band practice we figured out how to play 'Wheezy like a sunday morning', which is 'Easy like a sunday morning' played in the style of Weezer

Don’t Ask Me has been out for an entire week! Here is a little video showing you how we made it, a process that started out DIY and then ended up became fully formed with production by @soundslikeluke and mastering by @KevinTuffy.

I somehow found my missing (custom / expensive) earplug which I lost about 3 years ago while on a night out, on the floor of our band’s practice room 🤷‍♀️. Hope can be found in the most unexpected places.

song of the day = 'I've Got a Feeling' by the Beatles but instead the words are changed to 'I've Got a Meeting' and are all about how much I don't want to go to a meeting
