@POTUS made a great pick! @MitchLandrieu will ensure the infrastructure money hits the ground, creates jobs, & builds resiliency & racial equity. As he said in his 2010 campaign & proved as mayor, Mitch knows what to do & how to do it. wsj.com/articles/biden-to-na…
Proud to see @MitchLandrieu advance the nation’s infrastructure plan. With years of experience negotiating federal infrastructure funds no one better equipped. wsj.com/articles/biden-to-na…

What we largely need to do” now to adapt is to “undo” mistakes-jackhammer concrete, remove roads & pavement, expand riverbanks, set back from the coast, shift to clean energy. It’s not fancy, it’s not “Dutch” & it’s not expensive but it does require hard choices.

Honored to have contributed to @CANURB #CityTalk conversations this pandemic year. Reflections on the past year...
We asked more than 100 speakers at our #CityTalk talks to tell us, in a single line, what was the #1 lesson they learned from this pandemic year. #COVID365

After January 6, I wrote to @nytopinion about how crushing it is to see what it takes to take action. Today, the work begins. We must do more to dismantle white supremacy. nytimes.com/2021/01/19/opini…
