And the Nez Perce deserve enormous credit for helping them when they emerged from the Bitterroots half-starved. The expedition's survival owed a great deal to the generosity and knowledge of the people already living there.

Over the last two days I went on Fox News and Newsmax to warn Americans about what's happening in France. Today, the images speak for themselves. October 17, 2026. In Marseille, France's second-largest city, a mob smashed through the doors of City Hall and stormed the lobby chanting "It's the revolution, we're taking the Bastille." Shortly before, rioters had trashed a municipal police station, breaking windows and throwing smoke bombs inside. Shops on the main avenue were vandalized and barricades were set on fire. In Paris, masked black bloc crews fired mortar fireworks at police at Place de la République while tear gas filled the square. There were 166 arrests nationwide by midday and more than 600 protests across the country, after weeks of blockaded high schools. The Yellow Vests are back. Now here's what every American needs to understand. What are these people demanding? More: higher wages, higher pensions, more public spending, more state. That's in a country where the government already spends more than half of everything the economy produces. This isn't an accident. It's where 45 years of socialism lead. Since 1981, left or right, every French government has grown the state. Macron is just the final, most polished version of the same system. Socialism doesn't create prosperity. It creates dependency. When people rely on the state for everything, every disappointment turns into anger at the state. And the state cannot allocate capital. It doesn't risk its own money, and it never goes bankrupt when it's wrong. It just borrows more and taxes more. Productivity stalls, wages stagnate and prices rise. Then people take to the streets demanding even more state. The loop feeds itself until it breaks. America, watch closely. If the Democrats fully embrace socialism, this is the trailer for what comes next. History is accelerating. It took France decades to get here. It won't take you nearly as long. Vote for less government, never more.

Remember the name Kaylub Giamanco. A carpenter. A father. An armed citizen who heard gunfire and went toward the danger. According to reporting, the 36-year-old father of two was driving home for lunch when he heard shots near Silver Rail Elementary School in Bend, Oregon, where his children attend. Carrying a concealed firearm with a permit, he followed the gunman inside and fatally shot him, ending the attack. In those terrible moments, an ordinary working man accepted an extraordinary risk to protect children. That deserves recognition without hesitation or embarrassment. Responsible gun ownership has a human face. Here, it is the face of a father who had both the means to intervene and the courage to act. The right to keep and bear arms includes the ability to defend innocent life when danger arrives and every second matters. Three children, ages 5, 8 and 11, and a teacher were killed. A seven-year-old child who uses a wheelchair was shot in the face and hospitalized. Those losses and injuries must remain at the center of this story. No tribute can erase the suffering of these families. According to his brother, Giamanco is struggling with guilt because he could not save more people. That is a heartbreaking burden for a man who risked his own life to stop the killing. Kaylub, the responsibility for this atrocity belongs to the person who committed it. You deserve gratitude, support and the time and care needed to live with what you witnessed. We cannot know how many additional lives your intervention protected. We can recognize the courage it took to enter that school and confront an armed attacker. America should honor that courage. Defending the Second Amendment and protecting children belong in the same conversation. So do secure schools, responsible firearm storage, effective law enforcement and the determination to confront threats before families are left grieving. A carpenter went out for lunch and found himself facing a nightmare. He stepped forward when innocent people needed help. You are a hero, Kaylub. May your community stand beside you with the same resolve you showed when you stood up for its children.

My mom teaches 4th grade. It’s bad. She can hardly get through the lesson plans because she’s constantly re-teaching everything. But they have to get through the curriculum and there is so much pressure on the teachers but these kids can’t read, can’t do basic math, can’t write. And these kids are bad. Attitude problems. Can’t tell the parents nothing. 30 years in and she’s about had it. You can’t actually teach anymore.

Q: Wonder who brought Canadian mega investor Kevin O'Leary's "Wonder Valley Data Center" to Utah? A: Jason Chaffetz - He's running for Gov in 2028. Q: Good idea? A: We don't know. Too many unknowns and no public vote. Q: Is it really a good idea to give 1,000's nuke plants to Silicon Slope energy snobs? Is clean coal, natural gas, geothermal, and solar not enough energy? A: Don't know. Why don't they build these safe nuke plants in their backyards instead of ours? Q: Does a city council have the right to zone land for nuke plants that impact the entire state? A: Not likely. City councils are not known for their wisdom, but for their lust for easy cash. Q: Why is Utah plagued with so much Data Center speculation? A: Lax oversight - Behind closed door deal culture. Q: Why aren't water sucking heat generating Data Centers built where it's cold and water plentiful? A: Utah is a no vote state with no recall rights. No push back from voters. Better discussions are needed and voter input required for Data Centers, Nuke Plants, and AI. All wonderful stuff. Let's vet for no regrets. Better Policies for Better Living ksl.com/article/51636537/wat…

Is this the same Loudon County that covered up the sexual assault of several school girls by boys dressed up as girls and then charged the girls parents for speaking about it?

The IRS sent armed agents into a family bakery and drained $68,382 from its bank account. Their “crime”? Depositing their OWN CASH in amounts under $10,000. Then the government demanded ANOTHER $160,000 and a guilty plea to a FELONY. The IRS called it “structuring”: deliberately keeping deposits small to dodge bank reporting rules. DAVID VOCATURA: “I said to them, ‘Maybe I should get a lawyer.’ And they said, ‘You don’t need one, step in the back.’” “Until the day they came in, I had no idea what structuring was.” “I’m a law-abiding citizen. I can’t remember the last time I got a speeding ticket.” Nearly three years after seizing the money, a prosecutor came back with a deal that carried up to FOUR YEARS IN PRISON: DAVID VOCATURA: “They wanted us to pay another additional $160,000 in fines and plead to a felony charge of structuring.” They refused. You bake bread for three generations. You pay your taxes. You put your own money in the bank. And the IRS treats you like a criminal, demanding nearly a quarter million dollars. CONTEXT: Fortunately, the IRS didn’t get away with this one. Hours after the Institute for Justice sued, the IRS agreed to return all $68,382.22. Two weeks later, it withdrew a grand jury subpoena demanding eight years of the bakery’s business records. Crazy that they tried to ruin a business over depositing money into their own bank account.

Q: Why are the good jobs avoiding Utah and going to Texas, Florida, and Tennessee? A: Utah high taxes. The peasants have to gather signatures on special packets to vote on a tax increase. Other states give the right to vote on tax increases to their peasants. The power to tax is too much power. Utah has runaway taxes driving good jobs out. BREAKING: 153 Nations Adopt UN Pandemic Declaration to Push FAST-TRACKED Vaccines Within 100 Days and Crack Down on “Vaccine Hesitancy” The dangerous UN declaration raises concerns that scientific censorship, lockdowns, and experimental vaccine mandates are back on the menu. The declaration calls for: - FAST-TRACKED VACCINES within 100 DAYS of a pandemic threat - “INFODEMIC MANAGEMENT” to address so-called “misinformation” - EXPANDED GLOBAL SURVEILLANCE - “WHOLE-OF-GOVERNMENT, WHOLE-OF-SOCIETY” pandemic response - INTERNATIONAL PATHOGEN SHARING of biological materials - COUNTERING “VACCINE HESITANCY” Vaccine hesitancy is NOT misinformation. Scientific dissent is NOT disinformation. Questioning public-health authorities is NOT a threat to public health. NO international pandemic framework should undermine those fundamental principles. The Bio-Pharmaceutical Complex has already gotten away with the COVID disaster, and now they’re trying to lock in the same playbook for their next global health emergency. The United States, Israel, and Argentina are the only countries that VOTED AGAINST the declaration.
