It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we share the devastating loss of our esteemed colleague, Mohammed Hamed Mansour Madi, whose life was tragically cut short yesterday when an airstrike hit his family home outside of Rafah killing him and seven of his relatives.
Mohammed worked as a nurse in our primary health clinic in Rafah, providing care to countless patients who had been displaced.
The only way to ensure the safety of our colleagues, health workers, and civilians is an immediate and permanent ceasefire NOW.
