admittedly, a bit of beige rage. in a sense. but it’s a *thoughtful* kind.

Unrelated, but this reminds me of one of the most liberating moments in my life, which was when I learned that there is no general disposition for humans & that the reason I could never wrap my mind around mfs who intentionally do stuff that lacks integrity was bc I was high-H.
Most writers, myself included, will never produce a sentence even half this good.

From the first time somebody in a schoolhouse sat up there tryna tell me humans are inherently ANYTHING, I was like “oh I see. yall think I’m stupid. Have you looked around??????” lol. I knew THEN that it didn’t make no sense, & I didn’t even know about the biology of it all yet.

Can you imagine being a teen in Texas, with parents who are already hateful and abusive, and then this delivers to your house???
A MAGA group deceptively sent out mailers & text messages pretending to be a trans group telling children how they can leave their parents and transition behind their back. These were mailed all over Texas. 🧵

People are miserable because life is miserable. People should be able to afford a little treat and nobody running for office has a plan to fix that.
All politics now comes down to The Treat

Oh ok
United Airlines CEO Scott Kirby tells the New York Times that "wealth inequality has become a danger to our society" and must be addressed. "We should have a national wealth tax... we should have inheritance taxes that get close to 100 percent at some level. I would pay them." (nytimes.com/2026/10/18/busin…)

These politicians reach out to Black men every election & try to meet them where they are. It’s never enough, for the chaos agents. Black men for the most part overwhelmingly align with Black women, but every election, it’s a handful of them doing this for attention
I think everyone has a point. I do think a lot of politicians leave out Black men and it’s kinda weird because they don’t leave out Black women. It’s kinda similar to the Black boys in college thing. However you can’t be like “everything sucks” and don’t try to make it not suck.

Definitely lol. In lots of ways. I remember someone on here saying a lot of these men will argue with a woman on here bc in real life they’d never have the access to a woman like that. Or malicious non-experts being so comfortable coming at experts crazy
Someone could probably write a book (if they haven’t already) about the cycle of technology productizing the removal of friction in the name of convenience only for us to discover that the friction was a load-bearing part of the social compact.

Some of the worse logic you’ll ever see in your life is to be found among men. This doesn’t even make sense. The people saying that aren’t putting ANY men on a pedestal. This is like how a deadbeat dad reacts to being told he needs to show up to something important.

I’ve seen several pieces of media in the past like month or so that have felt normal in a way I haven’t felt in a long time. Like they’re so sensible in every sense of how media can convey sensible ideas, and there used to be so much more of it and then everyone lost their minds
l'idée qu'il a eu de faire ça le jour des gilets jaunes mdrrr

And these feel familiar and like a time when there was sensible media making good and sensible points. It’s nice, I expect to see a lot more (this of course will mean people who never shoulda been making media anyway will be eclipsed. Thank God.)

Exactly. I mean I totally get why people think otherwise, but the math on the way a society works, it doesn’t check out guys. The [P]eople will have quite a rough time in the process, don’t get me wrong, but they’ll come out on top.

But because they’re so high on shitty drugs they don’t realize that it will backfire on them completely

They need to do that on here fr
All the research seems to show that if we want to maximize outcomes they should separate out kids into three groups: super smart, average normal, and disruptive.

(????) He has literally been on a social media tear for like 2 years now, with an effective hook/gimmick. It’s been everywhere, how has ANYONE not seen it???
Vic Mensa doesn't have any hit records, fan base, social clout, or financial capital.. Why are we seeing so much of him as of late? B/c this is obviously orchestrated. Who is funding this nonsense?

If this is real, not a shocked. You could see from literally just what they were saying themselves that they were retelling it to make themselves look good, it has every single classic marker lol I think I even said that!
this is her roommate. you’re leaving out the part where you were completely aware and involved in the events leading up to saving me from “jail time”. retelling it to make yourself look good is insane + you’re literally just mad that i don’t want you in the apartment.
