So not only was @Ryanair flight FR2162 from BHX to PMI more than 2hrs delayed today (Friday 25th Oct), they also didn't put any checked bags or car seats etc on it... Totally shocking!

the amazon prime video blog was right lambda becomes prohibitively expensive really quickly we've seen tremendous growth over the past 3 weeks, and it's not financially sound anymore to run on lambda

"One of the criticisms I've faced over the years is that I'm not aggressive enough or assertive enough, or maybe somehow, because I'm empathetic, it means I'm weak. I totally rebel against that. I refuse to believe that you cannot be both compassionate & strong." Jacinda Ardern

Anyone use this method for catching rejected promises? Sometimes I miss having the result and error in the same scope, on the next line. If you do, do you take it a step further and pass in a bound function so you can catch thrown errors as well?

The most efficient way to run a team / organization is not to keep it fully utilized. Hurts your brain, but it's true. When you're 100% booked, any delay causes ripple effects across every single project. It's oddly more efficient to keep some of your team idle.
