“While the new democratic skeptics see democracy’s epistemic problems as a reason to limit equal inclusion, we should instead be looking at how new forms of citizen participation can correct or compensate for these ills.” (243, @jdbenson_ )
A new blog post for @apaphilosophy explores compromise and polarization. I argue that compromise may not be as democratically valuable as often assumed, and that a reduction in compromise may not necessarily be a cost of polarization.
