I decided to take advantage of the cooler weather and got in a 3 mile walk. I'm still working on my knee 😔 It's not in immense pain but I'm trying to get the muscle around the knee stronger before I run again. I might do some cardio tomorrow.

Tales from the gym: gym is in season. Good sweat. No PR, I just corrected the weight I've been putting in wrong the whole time 😂. That's both arms, I've been inputting one arm. Made eye contact with shawty. Next step, approach the target. Couple of the guys are egging me on, so I might do it.

Consider skipping your coffee for a single day and donating the money. It's a small act of kindness towards those who serve or have served, and it helps ensure your freedom. See the reply post for the link below. 👇

Thank you to everyone who has been fundraising with Stack Up this year! If you all could do us a solid and share our fundraising link, we're currently at $263,717 towards our goal. We're also now sitting on over 11,000 Supply Crate requests, so we could really use some encouragement. Thank you, once again to everyone who has helped us continue our mission.

REGIMENT helped build a state-of-the-art Gaming Center inside VFW Post 2205 (Denton, Texas), and their membership has skyrocketed ever since! 🇺🇸 Gaming isn't the only way to connect our Veteran Service Organizations with the next generation of Military Veterans, but it’s a step in the right direction and we proved that it’s working.

Last night, a Veteran told me that @RegimentGG’s Discord server was recommended to him by the VA when he called the Veterans Crisis Line. A gaming community is now part of the crisis response for Veterans. Let that sink in. That's not a marketing win. That's the mission working..
