Iāve been more consistent than almost anybody I know. And after two years in business I feel like Iām just understanding again for the first time what consistency is.
I wholeheartedly endorse this message
I wish experienced developers would stop shitting on people who build things with AI.
āAI slop.ā
āGeneric.ā
āBroken on mobile.ā
A person that doesn't know the first thing about programming, but had an idea, built an actual product, and had the courage to share it with the world, gets bullied basically.
How about a little encouragement instead?
Everyone starts somewhere!
I donāt know how I stumble into reading @LeilaHormozi ās Twitter replies. Probably one of the most wholesome places on the internet.
With a dash of basic common sense for idiots. š
Remember I said I would turn someoneās spreadsheet into a fully functioning app for free?
Well the project is coming along like fire. Might need to do a deep dive
Built a way to generate winning ad creatives by taking inspiration from what is working in the ad library.
Statics are winning
Which agents and models are you using bro? AI is faster and better than any human I know when directed well.
You know that about 5 months ago I gave my largest codebase completely over to agents and itās been doing exceedingly well.
I didnāt even need a team on it anymore. I just work on it with agents.
Iāve been building a website everyday for 30 days.
And Iām so happy to be done with that challenge.
Most developers I worked with pre-AI were shipping large amounts of absolute slop.
Letās not pretend that vibe coding hasnāt at least lifted the floor or quality.
Everybody is saying to pick a niche of AI and sell it productised.
What if I really just want to work on several different problems of the universe?
The purists are going to tell you that nobody wants AI slop.
But I just saw this post from a girl I know who absolutely loves AI generated movies. Probably a take @nicksaraev would agree with.
I have a strong conviction that within the next 12 months I'm going to figure out how to serve and help churches with my business and skillsets.
This is the only thing that makes sense.
We love to pretend as if most devs were writing these beautifully architected pieces of software.
I have a bit of that. I also have a lot of spaghetti code projects which are way more robust now that they are vibe coded.
