The fact that Corey posted this likely means that he is very, very, VERY desperate right now. Behind the scenes, he and his lawyer Valerie Yanaros and possibly her sister @divinefrequency are getting pegged, legally speaking. Their bums will be-and have been-sore for years.
I've been out of pocket for 5 days. Apparently Chris Beskar got a filing on the federal docket and the judge agreed to extend Stavatti's deadline to retain an attorney to Nov. 4th. Dimitrov's desire to put Stavatti into default will have to wait.
Unless you can put his brain back into his skull and his organs back into his chest...no, you aren't.
It's ironic that the man in this video, Jared Isaacman, is the one person who owns all of the operational MiG-29s in the United States...the same MiG-29s that Stavatti represented to investors that they planned to acquire and retrofit.

It's been a very bad Friday for Stavatti. The judge has ordered them to show cause as to why they haven't gotten an attorney yet, and leaving the door open for them to do so by Oct. 19. If they don't get an attorney by then, they'll be cooked.

Big news day. Wilcock's residence has apparently been sold, and Dimitrov's attorneys have filed to put Stavatti back into default because they haven't gotten a new lawyer by the judge's deadline. Beskar emailed the judge asking for an extension and the judge was like "nah."
Stavatti has never advertised, talked about or mentioned their involvement with any armored personnel vehicles. But maybe you're right, my humor and sarcasm senses do need some calibrating at the moment.
I've been researching Stavatti for over 3 years and Macario has been one of the most reliable sources of information. Please follow him on X.
