My husband and inner circle got me good last week! My family, friends, neighbors, colleagues and students truly surprised me with a party at a local brewpub, Akademia. Thank you all so much for your friendship and for sharing this journey.
Honored to speak at the Asian University for Women Mahsa Amini campus asian-university.org in Chittagong, Bangladesh as a guest of the Bioinformatics Club and the American Corner Chattogram. The women and the institutional philosophy are such an inspiration. Look them up.

Such a pleasure to welcome the global Cryptosporidium community to Philadelphia and @pennvet for the first biannual Cryptosporidium meeting.
Couldn’t agree more!
#crypto2024 I learned last night about the importance of the designation of a Neglected Tropical Disease and how this can aid drug development. @WHO has not (yet) designated Cryptosporidium as an NTD. Probably time to consider.

In your career, the most valuable currency is not how much you know. It's how well you learn.
In a stable world, success depended on building expertise. In a changing world, it hinges on evolving expertise.
Potential is no longer defined by ability. It's a function of agility.
