Great to work with Cohort 3 today on Early Years Leadership, reflecting on practice, using evidence to shape next steps & exploring meaningful transitions to support every child’s development.
Huge thanks to JCA for hosting.
One delegate shared:
“This programme has changed my whole mindset as a leader. I now question more, reflect more & ensure I am doing my best for all children and staff.”
This is exactly what we hope for every leader who attends our programmes.
