I have never seen a take trigger so many retards into hallucinating and blasting out the worst possible criticisms.
Yeah, he's rich and maybe he's a little hypocritical to make political points while saying he's being apolitical, but like.
Who the fuck cares. He's bringing people into open source, and now the screeching retards once again make the normies go "wow I want nothing to do with this".
SHUT THE FUCK UP AND EMBRACE CHOICES AND GROWTH IN THE OPEN SOURCE ECOSYSTEM.
Remember all of the times some rich and powerful entity did some things and it made FOSS better in the end because we can always fork projects that get hijacked?
Look at who is paying the Linux Foundation and other open source institutions, and look at the people who are actually putting in the work to build out open source to make the entire ecosystem better. They're not random brokies.
If you don't like it, shut the fuck up. Fork. Write your own code. Maintain your own shit with 500 million users for free. I don't care. If you're not going to do this, shut the fuck up and get the fuck out of MY industry. Fuck you.
I loved @NetworkChuck's video on Omarchy so much that it's currently being featured on the omarchy.org site. If you need to answer someone's "but why Omarchy?" question, just send them to Chuck. Just amazing job.

There's a community-maintained site called privacyguides.org that breaks down which tools actually protect you and which ones are just marketing. No sponsored content, just real recommendations from people who care about this stuff.

After many months, a lot of model releases and even more Amp releases, here it is:
A new episode of Raising An Agent with @sqs and @thorstenball.
They discuss:
- Why Gemini 3 might have been the inflection point, not Opus 4.5
- What changed over Christmas and why everybody talks about agents now
- "The assistant is dead, long live the factory"
- How codebases need to adapt for agents
- Why small/local models don't give you an impression of the frontier
- What does it mean for a codebase to be agent-friendly?
- New things coming to Amp
Enjoy! And happy hacking!

Microsoft Copilot 1-Click HACK
A new Microsoft Copilot vulnerability called Reprompt allows hackers to steal your data with a single click. Is this the end of Windows security? Here is why I prefer Linux.

Modern Linux Using Only 200MB of RAM?
The @vendefoulwolf (new to me) Linux Distro has a new release based on Devuan, XLibre, & IceWM. And it uses only 217 MB of RAM.
The way it should be.
