wow.
60+ RSVPs, but 100 people showed up.
first social & culture was a success ✅
new content on the way.
this weekend, my fiance and i are co-hosting our first social & culture event together and we couldn’t be more excited.
our generation is long overdue for a change in the event scene.
everyone is tired of going to the clubs, dropping ridiculous amounts of money on drinks, trying to impress people they don’t care about, and for what???
we need something with substance, a place where people can interact more, talk more, and bond on a deeper level.
that’s exactly what we’re bringing.

i've spent the majority of my life behind a laptop.
whether i'm djing, creating content, writing my thoughts down, or editing a video, i've always gravitated towards technology's capabilities for our creativity.
as weird as it sounds, i can't imagine a life w/o tech.
it's become a huge core part of our daily lives.
but, i think what makes it worthwhile is whatever we decide to do with it.
hot take: creating content is not enough anymore.
no one talks about this, but i'll speak from experience.
there's this "ceiling" you hit when you're solely focused on creating content.
"but, isn't that the sole purpose of a creator?"
well yes, but only if you cap yourself to "creating content".
you see, it wasn't until i started building my own tools to solve my own problems that i realized, "this was the way i was going to grow and scale my brand."
don't get me wrong though, being a creator is great.
there are so many opportunities in this space.
but, there's nothing like building your own ideas in public while providing a solution for the space you care about.
even if you have no ideas or experience as a "coder", there are so many tutorials and how-to's on anything nowadays (and it's all thanks to the internet).
that's how BrandOS started. a problem i had as a creator, turned into a tool i use every day.
content gets you seen.
building gets you remembered.
stop just posting about your space.
start building for it.
"the blue feels very you".
this is the biggest compliment so far on my rebrand.
ngl, i was really on the fence at first changing my brand again. but i said f*ck that and went with my gut anyways.
24 hours later, it's one of the my best decisions.
"why'd you change your brand to blue?"
i'm obsessive about branding, so i've been studying builder/founder brands on X.
not many rock a colored pfp, but two have been living in my head:
• @eptwts
• @Danieldalen
what they get right:
• clear positioning
• they talk to their audience, not at them
• a builder's tone of voice
• a color you recognize before you read the name
they've been building long enough that their audience pattern-matches them instantly. see the color, know the thinking.
pair that with real expertise and the color stops being decoration. it becomes the brand.
that's the whole idea behind BrandOS, so it felt right to wear it.
Klein blue. my favorite blue, and it reminds me of Leo from TMNT (the leader).
what do you think? 🤔

literally everyone knows that taste matters more than ever
two things people aren't talking about which the next phase of winners need:
1) legendary context switching - you're going to be working on 10x more things than before, you need to be able to go wide seamlessly (and ready to go deep when necessary)
2) mental toughness to resist being lazy - yes you need taste, I actually think the hard part is being tough enough to apply the taste at scale
when little robots are doing so much work for you, it's easy to over-delegate the most meaningful parts that actually matter
if you don't spend the time on nailing the ask/prompt, and then doing deep critical edits/feedback on all output, you're going to fail
if you're 10x scaling mid-tier work, you're wasting everyone's time. it's hard to critically review and improve so much work, but if you don't summon the strength to do it, you're ngmi
not everyone is cut out to be a manager, but suddenly everyone in the world is a manager (of robots)
luckily the same principles apply - vision setting/articulation, clear expectations, logical collaboration processes, documentation, etc - you have to set your agents up for success, and push them to be better
don't get lazy, always think critically
building your brand shouldn't be complicated.
yet most people do because:
• they don't know what they stand for
• they jump on random trends hoping to go "viral"
• they don't position themselves as an expertise
BrandOS is here to change that forever.
99% of founders suck at building brands.
so, i built the tool i wish i had.
introducing BrandOS dashboards: the ultimate workstation for tracking, growing, and scaling your brand.
how it works ↓
→ your brand score, front and center, with how much it's moved since your last scan.
→ your score history, so you can watch your brand grow over time.
→ your define / check / generate / scale breakdown shows exactly where to level up next.
→ your brand pass: archetype, taste, and content pillars on one card.
→ show up and earn XP. check-ins, streaks, and every point your score climbs fill the bar.
if you're a serious founder, builder, or creator that wants early access, comment "BrandOS" and i'll send you a DM!👇

couldn't agree more with Carlitos here.
i’m wealthy.
but not in how you may think.
i’m wealthy in:
• friendships
• health/well-being
• creative freedom
• time freedom
being "rich" wealthy is one thing, but having all of the above is a different type of wealth. iykyk.
Some thoughts on wealth
I’ve been a millionaire for years, and I promise you my day to day life is just the same as ever.
I don’t judge anyone by the size of their wallet, nor do I tolerate being judged by mine.
Having money doesn’t make you classy or well mannered; that is shown by how you treat the person serving your coffee, the one holding the door for you, or someone going through a rough patch.
Respect can’t be bought, it’s earned through small, everyday gestures.
I still treat everyone the same.
The only thing money has given me is peace of mind: the ability to look after my family and friends and sleep without fearing the future.
The rest, cars and watches, is just a show to impress people that don’t even like you. Once you understand this, you’ll stop flexing.
Be humble of life will humble you.
i started vibe coding at the beginning of this year and from the time since then to now, the tools and models have massively improved.
design skills are better, coding skills are more efficient, yet marketing and distribution remains to be the toughest challenge.
best time to build. get on it.
i wrote this article on the 1st day of this hear, and i still heavily believe this is the future of the creator ecosystem.
there will be MANY solo creators who operate and build systems that will help them:
• run their business
• automate client onboardings
• conceptualize brand strategies
+ more
it’s the best time to be a solo creator.
