Perhaps behind this mask, there is a woman who still doesn’t know which parts of herself to show the world. The flowers growing from behind her mask seem like words that were never spoken, emotions that had nowhere to be expressed, now slowly taking shape. Maybe she isn’t ready to reveal herself just yet, but even behind the mask, she cannot stop everything alive within her from blooming

i was thinking about how much can be hidden behind an achievement. you can truly love what you do and still go through pain, exhaustion, doubt, and a lot of repetition to get there. i wanted to show that side too, the part that usually stays behind the trophy. link 🔽
