@HeyBilt Hello with Bilt 2.0 your debiting the checking for the rent or mortgage vs charging the card? Then I wonder why you would have a 3% fee like a cash advance and having Bilt cash to waive it. Ach debits are so much cheaper for banks than charging rent/mortgage card direct
No more primary rental car insurance with #BILT 2.0 on any tier card. Should have least put it on the $495 AF card. 🤷♂️

STARLINK: T-Mobile has announced free Text-to-911 service over Starlink Direct to Cell satellites across the entire United States no matter the wireless provider! "Because emergencies don’t care who your wireless provider is."
Per SpaceX Sr. Partnership Manager, Jake Butler, "Today, access to this capability extends beyond just T-Satellite subscribers. Any wireless subscriber with a capable phone can now opt-in and enroll for this service made possible by the largest satellite-to-mobile constellation globally."
Compatible phones, include iPhone 14 or later, Pixel 9 series, and select Samsung Galaxy models from S22 onward.

From the looks of this, you can purchase a Tesla up to Setepmerb 30, 2025 with a binding written contract and a nominal $250 non refundable deposit, yoy can still take the delivery after that date because the contract date is considered the “acquisition date”. Just my two cents.
