There's obviously a delay to certify because the former integrity commission now known as the non-integrity commission as become political. After millions spent and nothing was found to assume corruption or illicit enrichment

The Integrity Commission says the PNP Councilor Ian Bell escaped a referral to the Director of Corruption Prosecution because the DPP has made an earlier ruling on a similar Corruption case involving another PNP Councilor.
