MyTested.AspNetCore.Mvc now supports .NET 10. Thank you to Ivaylo Kenov and Kalin Tsenkov for a decade of great ASP.NET testing tools, and for shipping this release. Glad my Asp.Versioning work made it in.

As a web developer, I'm `—` years old.
`<meta charset="utf-8">` has been the presumption for well beyond a decade, and my muscle memory is still `—` instead of `—`.
Every one of our projects goes through AI-assisted scope, requirements, and spec documentation with a full, recursive gap analysis.
The number of edge cases we catch in the requirements phase that otherwise would have been significant or architectural rework is astounding.
Renewed for my 16th year as a Microsoft MVP. 🏆
Same enthusiasm, more grey hair.
Grateful for another year. #MicrosoftMVP #MVPBuzz
"Today is a good day. 🤙🏾"
You know, I suppose you're right. It hasn't been so far, and I truly haven't felt that way in quite some time, but those are just excuses. That's on me.
Thank you for the inspiration.
Nearly time to kick things off at #NebraskaCode with my opening keynote, #celebrateYourExpert. In less than an hour, this room will be full.
Thank you. I’m glad you enjoyed the talk!
Watching @jayharris deliver their Overcoming Impostor Syndrome keynote and I'm absolutely hooked. What a great way to open up @DenverDevDay!
Insanely good talk!
Hey, #devupconf. Let’s talk about the journey to starting your own business and becoming an independent consultant. Right now. Room 105.
Hey, #devupconf, are you thinking of going independent and starting your own business? You should come to my session on Friday: “#FreedomShift: A Developer’s Path to Independent Consultant.” Friday, 8:30am in Rm 105
It’s been above 115°/45°C all week here in Vegas. “I can’t feel my face when I’m with you, but I love it.”
The pool is up to 92°. Almost matches the hot tub. And at 20+ degrees below the air temperature, it is still refreshing.
On the lawn at Lake Las Vegas awaiting the Fireworks. Someone forgot to turn off the sprinkler system. Everyone’s stuff is soaked.
Today is a good day for baseball.
Especially @Reds baseball.

Thirty minutes away from #freedomShift, a developer’s guide to becoming an independent consultant. #stirtrek, 11a, the Last Jedi set of theaters.
It's 2024, and one Classic Technology Truth still remains:
The proper orientation for a standard USB 3.0 plug will be found on the third attempt.
I disagree with the bad rap given to “unlimited vacation”. That’s a bit like blaming the arrow for missing the target. If vacation isn’t taken, or there’s a perception against using it, that’s an issue with management, not with the policy.
Attitude reflects leadership. Always.
A burnt out employee is less effective than a lazy one. Yes, less effective.
A lazy employee is at least motivated to find ways to do less work; a burnt out employee isn’t motivated to do much of anything at all.
