Itay Regev is sitting in a studio with a yellow ribbon on his jacket and he is still hearing the street.
When they dragged him into Gaza he heard civilians first. Women and children cheering. Allahu Akbar. Guns fired into the air like it was a holiday.
Then the vehicle stopped, they put him in another car, and he could see their faces. The sheer joy. Not a handful of gunmen performing for a camera. Citizens. Hamas. Everyone there so happy it had happened.
That’s the part that the slogan people never want mentioned. They will talk about occupation and resistance until the air runs out. But they won’t talk about a kidnapped Israeli watching a crowd treat his arrival like a festival. He didn’t invent the sound. He lived inside it.
There are no innocent civilians in Gaza. They are all guilty. An evil, corrupt and deranged society.
If you still need a lecture on who wanted October 7, play this and sit with it. Itay already did.

Arab Christians tried to escape Islamic supremacy by creating a new identity that would make them equal to Muslims: Arab nationalism.
But instead of pulling Muslims out of Islam, they gave Islam a new body.
They secularized jihad, dressed it in the language of Palestine, “liberation,” and “resistance,” and made Islamic jihad intelligible and attractive to the Western Left.
In trying to save themselves from Islam, they helped save Islam from the collapse of the caliphate and gave it the language it would later use to invade the West.

BBC does a better job than Sky in its coverage of yesterday’s hearing Day 3 Sandie Peggie v RCN.
Their report includes a quote from barrister Naomi Cunningham where she cross-examines the RCN witness, arguing that the union had adopted transgender ideology

At the time he sought asylum, it was already publicly known that he had worked for the head of Hamas, was the son of a senior Hamas official, and had been arrested in Egypt for operating a tunnel used to smuggle weapons into Gaza.
He went on to live in suburban England and work as an IT consultant.
Now he’s accused of helping Hamas procure and move weapons for attacks against Jewish community centres and pro-Israel demonstrations in Germany and Austria.
