We know @DARPA is involved along with public/private partnerships of EVIL to include NextRad radar, HAARP and contractors spraying us like bugs despite laws being passed to make this all illegal. The issue is this evil ignores "laws"...they are governed by statutes and the laws are weak sauce to boot. They do not address planes flying in from other states to poison your state's sky. In Florida, SB56 says you can not take off nor land if you are conducting geo-enginering. We are being exterminated...In full view broad daylight violation of our God given fundamental right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness.
