PhonePe, this is unacceptable. You’re ignoring my issue even after I’ve repeatedly tried contacting customer support through both chat and calls. My referral was successfully completed, but the reward/mapping issue is still unresolved.
If you can take users’ tasks and referrals, you should also take responsibility for resolving genuine issues. This feels extremely unfair and misleading. @PhonePe @PhonePeSupport

How careless can PhonePe be? I submitted both my number and the referred person’s number more than 12 hours ago, but there’s still no response or update. This is really disappointing. It feels like you’re just waiting for the 3-referral task to end instead of resolving the issue.

I received a task to complete 3 referrals for ₹800. My first referral was successfully completed and mapped.
However, my second referral is showing “Referral successful” in the tracking section, but it has not been mapped yet.

After raising concerns about Indian users being excluded from multiple #BinanceTurns9 campaigns, I discovered that my account has been disqualified from all campaigns and rewards.
The app says I violated Binance's Terms of Use, but which rule did I violate?

I recently started my e-commerce business. My products are getting orders on Flipkart, but your support says there's no pickup service available for my seller address.
📍 Seller Address: Loch, Muktapur, PIN - 781381, Assam.
The strange part is that Flipkart regularly delivers customer orders to this same address and also picks up return orders. If delivery and return pickups are possible, why can't seller pickups be enabled?
This is making it difficult for small businesses in Assam to grow. Please look into this issue.

Instead of dismissing public concerns, the government should investigate them transparently. If people are reporting issues with E20 fuel, the response should be testing, data, and accountability—not assumptions.
Whether the problem is the fuel, fuel quality, or the vehicle, the truth should come from an independent investigation.
