Y’all out here paying $20 for a bowl of pho when you can make this at home. Had that pot going for 4 HOURS and BABYYYY, that broth was NOT playing! Here’s what I used: Beef bones, oxtail & brisket Charred onions & ginger Star anise, cinnamon, cloves & coriander Fish sauce, rock sugar & salt 12 cups of water Boil them bones for 10 minutes, rinse ’em off, then throw everything in a fresh pot. Let that thang simmer LOW AND SLOW for 4 hours. Season that broth, cook your rice noodles, add your beef, cilantro, green onions and lime. That broth was so rich I almost forgot about the noodles. 4 hours of cooking just to tear that bowl up in 10 minutes. AND I’D DO IT AGAIN. Don’t ask me for a bowl, ask me for the recipe.

Woke up this morning wanting revenge for yesterday’s loss. After reflecting, I decided I wasn’t trading today. Didn’t matter what the market did or if I saw a 1000% setup. I needed to get my mind right first. Took mental trades instead. No money made, but discipline gained.

Took a slight hit in the market today. It happens. Deff gonna be backtesting tonight. I try to perform at my best every day, but I go into every trade knowing I could lose that money instantly. Before I enter, I know there will still be food on the table and bills will still be paid. I never put down more than I can afford to lose. Live to trade another day.
