In everything you do, try and avoid changing your bank details as much as possible on Handshake.
That review is not worth it..
There are different statuses for Handshake accounts under review. Some accounts can be reinstated after the review, others are almost impossible to recover, and for some, it is best to just move on.
The following are the different categories and what they mean:
1. "ACCOUNT ON HOLD"
Here, your account is gone. Deactivated. 0% probability of it coming back. Nothing can be done account it. Just gotta move on.
Last but not the least
4. "Application in Review (Project Level Only)"
This mostly happens after onboarding onto a specific project (e.g., Project Hedgehog). Feedback doesn't take long and is usually positive if you handled the video interview well. Your project application will most likely be approved. account will lost likely be reinstated.
