JMC 10 will have a lot of exciting features - including support for the new (proper) CPU profiler in openjdk.org/jeps/509.
On behalf of the project - thanks for all the votes! :)

A weird one, but I love JFRs and mission control. I get pulled in to troubleshoot prod performance issues all the time. The ability to get deep insight quickly with a single tool chain is so nice. C/C++ is as mature, but not as easy. Nothing else comes close.

I was curious why @RedHat's #OpenJDK developers.redhat.com/produc… is over 50 MB bigger than other OpenJDK binaries out there. It includes @javamissionctrl in the install options. That's kind of a nice option to have.
