Then to get help I have to use the messaging system. Each time the first representative hits an error and sends me to support desk. And the wait times have been 318 minutes, 250 minutes, now 452 minutes. @delta truly horrible service

ESG is growing so fast, like building a skyscraper as fast as we can. We need the speed - urgent issues. But if we build on a shaky foundation of measurement and misunderstanding, it could collapse. We have to build the skyscraper and the foundation at the same time. #ESGFuture

A7: Engagement does take work, and maybe we should be willing to pay. But the first low-fee engagement option I know of is @EngineNo_1 with the clever tickers "VOTE" and “NETZ” (Net Zero). I am hoping more people enter this space. #ESGFuture

A6: (1/4) Not right now. ESG includes a whole host of other social and governance issues. Even when climate is a factor it's sometimes just "does the firm have a climate policy" as opposed to hard emissions numbers. #ESGFuture

(3/4) One, as we have said, is shareholder engagement. Institutional investors can work from the @ActOnClimate100 platform. Retail investors can join activist funds. #ESGFuture

(4/4) I also hold out hope for debt like sustainability linked bonds and green bonds. Would like to see “transition bonds” that provide a lower cost of capital to help gray companies get greener. Recent research by Kölbel and Lambillon: papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.… #ESGFuture
