Naw, Skenes got rocked hard multiple times this year. His fastball velo is way down and he’s regressing. Will be lucky to keep his ERA below 3.

Won’t see the media posting this everywhere and talking about it for days but when pca jumps into a wall in Miami on a ball with a 99% catch rate, it gets shoved into our faces.

My genuine thoughts on PCA: Obviously he is elite. The numbers clearly show this. But he is incredibly streaky and often goes missing in big moments. You can also be both elite and "overhyped". It is his poor behavior, disrespectful comments, etc. that make him easy to dislike.

People who keep citing scouts saying Munetaka Murakami won’t be able to hit velocity at the MLB level need to remember these are the same scouts that confidently said that Ohtani won’t hit MLB pitching and had the batting skills of a “High School” hitter. #Murakami #jeffpassan.

Anyone else find it funny that the Cubs fans are only talking and hoping that PCAzz wins NL MVP over Ohtani and not talking about winning their division, League or World Series. And that kind of thinking is why Cubs and Cub fans are not consistent winner or champions.

After all those game one chants, it turns out you did need Shohei Ohtani after all.

At this point Ohtani will miss pretty much all of September. I think it’s legitimate to say that Corey Seager is the 2023 AL MVP #Ohtani #Ohtanidone

This Ohtani injury “tomorrow” crap has gotten ridiculous. Its the worst of both worlds. He’s not playing but he’s not getting his elbow “procedure” either. Whoever is advising him needs to be fired. Either play or get the elbow fixed. Not that complicated. #othani
