GMMMMM
still very much recovering from apefest but super super appreciate all of the kind words and had a blast hosting this community.
i know it's become a joke to say, but it's ironically true that the connections we make and the the people we meet are the biggest draw to what we are building.
this is no different from other communities that have been built around shared in things with more established social consensus. we are just very to early society understanding and accepting virtual items having real world value.
but the world is becoming no less digital so the winds of change are very much at our backs. it will just take time.
but whether is is art or collectibles, showing up in person and celebrating our joy of these things is a huge part of how we build lasting movements. i am extremely honored to be able to be a small part of that and can assure you i am just getting started.
tldr; STILL HERE. ❤️🦾🙏

still see some misunderstandings about the digital <> physical nature of mudwater.
every digital pack is backed by a physical pack.
every digital case is backed by a physical case.
every rip is paired to a sequential physical rip, handled by professionals in a secure room within a warehouse. Filmed, hashed, published onchain, and metadata is applied to your card at rip time.
the fee for ripping is largely in place to cover the cost of the above labor. There's also Solana rent and metaplex fees x10 (once for each card) that's all paid by our relayer.

all bayc & mayc have been airdropped a token that allows holders to claim an allocation of Mudwater
there's been a lot of talk about alignment between projects and collectors
we want to experiment with a new model:
trading on this collection implements a 2.5% $APE Reflection, which is a trading fee used to buy apecoin and distribute to pack holders
hold more packs get more apecoin
the reflection and the creator royalty % are the same
so we're 50/50 with holders
let's build this together

Eight cards are serialized cracked-ice 1/1s.
The grails of the set, and the ones to chase.

Mudwater is an old game played deep in the Everglades.
Instead of dice in alleys, we play Mudwater on the docks.
The game is simple, but the skill ceiling is high.
And we play for keeps.
We've just airdropped this 6551 Totem, paired to all BAYC & MAYC, enabling pack claims.

Roadster transforms in Track Mode
These aero features aren't just for looks: they provide the best passive downforce package of any road car (approaching F1 levels!) with wing actuation driven by the @Tesla_Optimus actuator system
