I wrote a book this summer about the cattle cycle. It’s been a fun project, and I look forward to seeing where it goes from here.
Is there anybody who manages a large scale farm or ranch or any business for that matter from a distance? Not one you can get to in an hour or so and what are your thoughts on that? Does it work? Would you recommend it or not?
Right now is it better to pay off debt or pile up cash, or keep buying assets? I know it's not quite that simple and every situation is different, but curious what people are doing out there?
How do people plan to use AI in farming and ranching? Seems like a lot of people are excited about it but I'm not entirely sure how to use it.
This might be one of my favorite episodes! He makes a guy rethink what's possible in a generation. He bought and grew a business in order to buy a ranch which he has since scaled to over 1000 cows. Not necessarily the easiest way but impressive.

Who has seriously looked into or used the infinite banking concept and what are your thoughts on it?
Yes! Sorry I hadn't posted these. @teetwodmt_duane has some pretty neat rigs to water hundreds of cows and also to pile crop residue behind the combines.

It seems like people think because I have a podcast that I am pretty knowledgeable. Many people wanting to get into agriculture reach out to ask what my advice for them would be to get started in farming or ranching. I have my thoughts but I'm curious what folks with more experience and wisdom would recommend to those folks who want to get started.
To those who have done corn grazing, can you explain your system to me? Do you do anything to prevent acidosis?
Amazing how much feed an acre of sorghum Sudan grass can produce. Can anybody count exactly how many cows are on that little slice of ground?
Just released my 200th episode! That went fast! To celebrate that and the new rebrand I'm giving away 4 of my new Ranching Returns hats.

Really enjoyed this conversation with @Nebraskero on his strategy of capturing some of the value of his cows during this high market as well as what his plans are to ride the market back down!
