That is such an unappreciated take. As if the artists that has been boothing at Komiket is not “unique”, ano ba kasi ang unique sa inyo?
Every artist is already unique, art style palang. And some artists are very frequent at Komiket kasi hello source of income po yan.

was at a cafe in jeju when a korean friend group started teasing one guy they were with as “looking filipino” after he’d gotten tan from their days at the beach while I, a filipino, sat not even 3 meters from them. you might not get hate crimed but the micro aggressions are real.
