We’ve just watched Reform members who called for the beheading of the King, mass arson against mosques and others about installing a UK Ice going door to door and grabbing people

🚨 WATCH: Undercover footage of Nigel Farage's close aide shows Farage was not supposed to say the £5m gift was for Brexit
"That was not the line to take from the press office. So now the line is 'a thank you for Brexit, to pay for his security for the rest of his life'..."
Sadly you're right.
Sadly, I don’t think the @ITV exposé will move the needle. People support @reformparty_uk BECAUSE it’s a racist party. It needs racism to exist. Reform legitimises racism and turns it into a “political view”. Hatred should never have been given a home in mainstream discourse

#EleanorDonaldson was found by the jury, following a trial of the facts, to have done the acts alleged in five charges, including four of aiding and abetting her husband’s abuse. She was ruled unfit to stand trial, fit enough to run up and down to the jail visiting him though.

The Reform documentary wasn’t just about ‘hurty words’. One or more Reform Cllrs seemed to be saying they declined planning permissions based on the ethnicity of applicants. Should be a police matter.
Of course.
Oh FFS, after a day of studiously avoiding mention of the ITV Reform docu, @bbcradio4 @bbcnews now describing S Yaxley Lennon as the '"political activist" (!!) known as Tommy Robinson.' Is there an editorial direction not to use the terms extreme right or neo-nazi?

Remember endless BBC coverage of Starmer's 'freebies' or Rayner's stamp duty? Or of the allegations of antisemitism against Corbyn? Or Newsnight photoshopping Russian hat/Red Square background into his picture? Yet silence on extreme Reform racism: cat got your tongue @BBCNews?
If you just heard @BBCRadio4 #wato, you'd be unaware of Reform docu on ITV last night. Why is @BBCNews silent about extreme racism, misogyny & neo-nazi views of Reform elected reps, candidates, activists? Most odd given BBC's usual practice of giving unlimited airtime to Reform.

🔴 Spain: The Balearic Islands remain on red alert this afternoon for Ibiza, Formentera and Mallorca, with Menorca on orange alert (government's civil-protection alerts).
Up to 190mm of rain has fallen on Ibiza in 24 hours and 130mm on Formentera. Emergency services have dealt with 201 call-outs since Saturday night, mostly for flooded homes and streets.
More rain is expected tonight, with no let-up until Tuesday.

Why is a BBC programme being used to publicise the ‘alternative budget’ of the IEA, a secretly funded right wing lobbyist group?
We have no idea who is paying for Daniel Hannan or whose policies he is advocating.

Spain: The beach at Oliva, in La Safor, Valencia, is underwater this morning. Cars are submerged, homes are flooded and helicopters are rescuing people, with around 200 people trapped across the town.
Around 2,000 people were evacuated from campsites overnight. The mayor says some homes can now only be reached by air.

ITV's Undercover: A Year in Reform raises serious questions for @Nigel_Farage
Racist remarks. Violent rhetoric. Candidates allegedly advised to delete social media history before vetting.
Reform says it has improved its checks and taken disciplinary action.
But how did these individuals get through in the first place?
