Excited to announce I've joined @capydotai, I've been using it to develop Spacedrive, Voicebox and all sorts of experiments. It's hands down the most ergonomic agentic coding experience I've tried, I couldn't pass the opportunity to join this amazing team.

$2m to build a virtual filesystem called Space
I once raised $2m to build a virtual filesystem called Spacedrive
Looks cool though, I like the Space part
we just raised a $2.4m pre-seed to build true cloud storage.
this round is led by @a16z @speedrun , with participation from @GoldenVentures @NorthsideVC_ and a dozen incredible angels, including the founders of Parsec, Stan, Superwhisper, Modem, and senior engineering leaders at Tesla, Sentry, and more.
Space started as an internal fix.
as we scaled our organic growth engine at our previous venture, our team moved terabytes of footage every month.
we lost days to uploads and downloads, sacrificed quality to compression, and sometimes lost entire workflows.
when we started @getspaceso four months ago, our first goal was to build the filesystem we wished we had.
today, Space is used by media teams, developers, and startups to scale their workflows beyond the physical limits of a single machine.
the filesystem is first, and we're excited for what comes next.
Despite discover.me not doing as well as I’d hoped, though I didn’t try very hard to push it, I’ve noticed its excellent SEO for AI. When I ask any chatbot about a user on Discover, it almost always returns their rich profile as a source.
The power of a great domain.

Voicebox keeps growing:
• 46,897 GitHub stars
• 1.84M release downloads
• 58,302 repo views this week (+69%)
• 35,937 unique visitors (+64%)
• 10,393 clones (+149%)
• 4,436 unique cloners (+42%)
and it was a side quest
THIS DEVELOPER JUST KILLED THE VOICE CLONING INDUSTRY WITH ONE GITHUB REPO.
Claude can now speak in your own voice across 23 languages through a single MCP call.
Free. Local. Offline.
What used to cost $22 to $330/month with ElevenLabs is now open source under the MIT license.
Jamie Pine just dropped voicebox on GitHub, and it already has over 41k stars.
It clones any voice from just 10 seconds of audio, lets you choose from seven different TTS engines, and runs entirely on your own machine, so your voice and recordings never leave your computer.
Connect it to Claude Code, Cursor, Cline, or any MCP compatible agent with a single voicebox.speak call, and your AI can start replying in your cloned voice.
It also adds global voice dictation that works in any app with one hotkey and can generate speech in 23 languages, including Arabic, Japanese, and Polish.
One open source app now replaces both ElevenLabs and Wispr Flow.
If you’ve been waiting to give your AI agent a voice, this is it.
