My bike build is taking the better and best parts of 2020, however @BikeTiresDirect has been awesome in being able to get parts from and their customer service. I was a first time customer in 2014 and I'll continue after this build!

I told them I was contacting more as courtesy to WM and their other customer as this could be a bad situation for either. They weren't concerned. Big retailer taking that online shopping privacy seriously...clearly.
