It bears repeating that the ONLY time in history that Article 5 has been enacted is when NATO allies came to the support of America after 9/11. When America really needed it, NATO was there.
I'm on the 16:11 @CrossCountryUK train from Truro to Sheffield, a journey of over 7 hours. Can I get a cup of tea? Or just a glass of water? Nope. Nothing. No catering. Is this remotely acceptable?
