Daycare drop off to the office on a well tuned @BikeShareTO e-bike is a good way to start the day.

Who attends public consultations? Is it the single mom with two kids? Or is it the wealthy homeowner with time on their hands?
Our North American consultant @jedwinmok argues for quick-build bus lanes to Toronto city council.
“Paint is cheap, consultation is expensive.” – at Amsterdam, The Netherlands
New @WaterfrontTO bridges look great at night. Well done @TheRockRipper.
I support @DianneSaxe IE10.3.
When I try to report “Bike Lane Winter Maintenance Required”, @311Toronto app throws an error. 🤷
Anybody brine their garage ramps before snowfall?
I hucked some salt and melting performance of slab at same temperature (max out) seemed better in spots that I “seasoned”.
I love science.
People build housing.
Fuel conditions for people who:
-work equipment
-pour concrete
-frame walls
-pull cables
-connect pipes
-finish homes
Arguing public/private frameworks steals time from future workers and neighbours.
Public need?
Fund it.
There is no private sector solution to homelessness. None.
Pretending there is as stupid as it is cruel.
I await @MoreNeighbours and @alexbozikovic and @HousingNowTO @carastern and all the other market housing activist to condemn this ridiculous position by @PierrePoilievre

Jessica Spieker was hit by a driver in 2015 and suffered a broken spine, brain injury and serious soft tissue damage.
The woman who hit Jess appealed her $300 fine, and retained the right to drive.
Jess deserves justice.

If there’s anything that’s worth celebrating it’s follow-through! looks like the city is doing some more studies with their miovision.com/scout/ camera. What’s weird to me is there’s an old permanent camera kitty corner with unclear purpose.
I reported those conflicting signs & slip lane to 311 and the local councillors in 2020 (#387203). The whole intersection (and lower coxwell in general) should be redone to be welcoming pedestrians/cyclists into the park.
Hey @CatsterCat I read an article about your (planned?) Wax Man doc. I am a descendant. Let me know if I can be of any assistance. thesarniajournal.ca/journals…
While driving, I watched as a Porche Taycan overtook me from the right at an intersection. From a dead stop the driver’s head jerked back as he catapulted 200m ahead before I had crossed the road in my tame hybrid. A terrifying power, all that speed and mass.
Speed Humps on local roads need 85th percentile speed to be 25% over speed limit? What speeds recorded above 85%ile? How much 💲taff time for study and internal consultation for 4x$4k ea. hump? Report alternative is to do more polling? 🤷secure.toronto.ca/council/ag…
I’m sure 95% of the 380 or so avg motorists/day wont mind, and I’m sure that when “max recorded speed racer” bottoms out their suspension for the first time, those speed humps will be well worth it.
Fun sidebar: @gordperks scores with TE8.40 “just one more hump” item. secure.toronto.ca/council/ag…
Bad sign 🪧when it takes over a year for City to deal with a super confusing and dangerous slip-lane. Drivers yield and pedestrians told to “wait-for-gap” - who goes first? Suggestion: remove “Wait-for-gap” sign.

One time 20 years ago a computer science professor said something wrong (a technicality) in class, so I spent quite a lot of time proving them wrong in this video, and then just kept going, as if I don't have any self-control over my approach to projects:
