We shipped a fix for the 'too many tabs' problem.
We found that customers are happy to record + share their screen so you can fix their issue faster. But they were getting lost navigating tabs.
Picture-in-picture controls make it easy to submit Jams from wherever you end up ⚡️

Jam is one of the first MCP servers to work with @linear Agent. Now the agent can pull Jam video, logs and more to triage and fix issues. ⚡

Jam MCP just got more powerful. Your AI can review multiple Jam videos at once — so instead of debugging one issue at a time, you can spot the patterns affecting your product and customers

It's been a year since we first talked about @radix_ui adoption at @jamdotdev podcast with @majroth
Since then, we've "Radixified" almost our whole product -> and next week, big changes are coming to our "Share Page"
If you are curious about the podcast episode, this one was the most popular episode on our YT account!

We migrated @jamdotdev's text editor from draft.js to @tiptap_editor and wow, the typing experience is unbelievable.
- TanStack query for data management
- Optimistic updates/deletes
- It just works
Thank you! @tiptap_editor

“The collaboration between Support and Engineering is complicated at times. They can come from very different perspectives, but AI is starting to bring them closer together.”
At our Fin x @jamdotdev x @vercel meetup in San Francisco, David Lynch, Matt Rubright, and Lindsey Simon shared how AI is closing the gap between the teams that talk to customers and the teams that build the product.
They discussed rising customer expectations, shifting team boundaries, and how AI now lets anyone improve what they see without waiting for a long handoff chain.
The throughline: AI is enabling tighter feedback loops between Support and Engineering, so customers and engineers are no longer separated by tickets, and every customer issue becomes a signal for product improvement.

“Great support is proactive, not reactive. And that’s what AI finally lets us do.”
That idea shaped the conversation at our Fin × @jamdotdev × @vercel meetup in San Francisco, where we explored how AI is connecting support and engineering, closing the gap between reporting an issue and resolving it.
From systems that investigate problems before a ticket is filed, to support agents becoming QA testers and problem solvers, the night highlighted a cultural shift that’s underway:
The boundary between support and engineering is disappearing with AI-powered loops, where support informs engineering, engineering builds for support, and both sides collaborate in real time, making customer experience seamless, predictive, and human.
As one panelist put it, “We’re all on team support.” And in the AI era, that mindset is becoming the operating model.
Take a look at the video below to hear how teams are rethinking roles, workflows, and what “good” looks like when humans and AI debug together.

“We’re all on team support. It doesn’t matter what your title says, our job is to understand what’s happening for the customer and fix it.”
The line between support and engineering is disappearing. At our recent meetup in San Francisco, leaders from @intercom, @jamdotdev, and @vercel explored how AI is turning every customer issue into a feedback loop that drives product improvement.
David Lynch (VP of Engineering, Intercom, building Fin), Matt Rubright (Chief Customer Officer, Jam), and Lindsey Simon (VP of Engineering, Vercel) shared how their teams are using AI to close the gap between problems and fixes; from predictive alerts to automated routing and even self-healing systems.
Thanks to everyone who joined for the conversation!

We really like @jamdotdev for recording any videos related to product and engineering. It automatically captures the diagnostics (all the data available through developer tools in browsers). Saves a lot of time

Just attended my first-ever San Francisco event, MCP Night, hosted by @Cloudflare and @jamdotdev!
From Jam.dev’s AI-powered bug finder to an agent booking a tennis court end-to-end (web scraping, form filling, authentication, and reservation), the demos were incredible. One interesting insight was how @LiquidMetalAI tried to make LLMs do work through MCP instead of only using MCP to access data and tools.
It was the perfect first event: learned a lot, met great people, and left inspired. Excited for what’s next in this space! 🚀

Yesterday @Nadrama had a customer support request which required a screen capture, for the first time. It took all of 2 minutes for me to hook up @jamdotdev to @intercom and provide a link. We've since had two Jam's come through and it made debugging *soooo* much easier!

Oh yeah! @jamdotdev just announced MCP that helps developer tools and AI agents quickly load Jam recordings, making it easier to fix problems without having to type out steps, copy errors, or share your screen.
woohoo~
