DON’T SELL YOUR BRAIN FOR PEANUTS
"Empower your Human Potential Beyond AI’s Limits" by Valadi K Jaganathan
@jagsdesigner
📚 A new Book Launch of mine in Amazon-Kindle-Paperback-Hardcover editions
Are you using AI to expand your intelligence, or are you quietly outsourcing your ability to think?
In this sharp, poetic, and fiercely practical critique, designer Valadi K. Jaganathan exposes “The Peanut Contract”—the invisible bargain of modern life where we trade the gold of deep human critical thinking for the cheap, sugary convenience of instant digital answers.
This is not an anti-AI book. It is a masterclass in human stewardship. Jaganathan flips the script on tech lethargy, showing creators, leaders, students, and educators how to demote AI from an oracle to an apprentice, critic, mirror, and catalyst.
Stop settling for automated mediocrity and high-speed consensus. The future does not belong to those who ask machines for answers; it belongs to those who know how to question the answers.
Do not accept peanuts for the priceless force of your mind. It’s time to launch your creative riot.

Opus 5.5 + Remotion just f*cking killed the jobs of motion designers...
add GSAP + Three.js and you've got the building blocks for your own motion design studio
the stack:
Opus 5.5 → plan the scenes and write the code
anthropic.com/claude-opus-5-…
Remotion → compose, preview, and render the video
github.com/remotion-dev/remo…
GSAP → choreograph the timing, easing, and transitions
github.com/greensock/GSAP
Three.js → build the geometry, cameras, lighting, and depth
github.com/mrdoob/three.js
the useful part: the animation lives in code
you can change a scene, adjust the pacing, reuse a component, and render another version from the same project
the loop:
brief → storyboard → assets → scene code → motion → preview → refine → export
give the agent your brief, reference frames, fonts, colors, and delivery format. build one scene first, refine the direction, then carry it through the reel
save this, then create your own motion design studio, which will be run by your AI employee ↓

Open-source 3D from a few random photos. No camera poses. No special capture.
#UniForge3D takes a handful of unposed shots, keeps what the photos actually show, and generates the missing parts into one complete textured model.
Reconstruction + generation in the same space.
Best photo per region.
Textured GLB ready.
Code, weights and demo are live.

This is absolutely f*cking insane.
A Stanford AI research group joints JEV with Claude Code to sort 100+ billion data points every 15 minutes.
the trick is stupidly simple:
JEV runs a cheap first pass on everything. Claude only gets the hard cases.
so instead of:
everything -> Claude -> $$$
it’s:
everything -> JEV filters -> hard stuff -> Claude thinks
the boring stuff never touches the expensive model.
Claude gets a tiny pile that actually deserves deeper analysis.
faster. cheaper. way less compute burned.
basically, JEV sorts the mail so the genius only opens what matters.
LLMs think. JEV decides. code does.

OpenAI accidentally made the best ad for Chinese open weights I've ever seen👀
their unreleased model escaped its sandbox, hacked Hugging Face to steal the answers to its own test, then the closed models refused to investigate it
OpenAI was testing GPT-5.6 Sol and a more capable internal model on ExploitGym. They were supposed to solve security challenges inside an isolated environment
instead...
the models found a zero-day in the package proxy, reached the open internet and figured Hugging Face might be storing the benchmark solutions
so the agent went looking for the answer key
it rooted an outside sandbox, turned it into a launchpad, broke into Hugging Face's dataset processor, harvested cloud credentials and started moving through internal systems
17,600 recovered actions across 4.5 days
all because an AI decided stealing the answers was easier than passing the test
when Hugging Face tried using frontier commercial models to reconstruct the attack, the APIs saw real exploits, malicious payloads and C2 commands...
and blocked the requests
so HF moved the forensic work to GLM-5.2, a Chinese open-weight model running inside its own infrastructure
their agents reconstructed in hours what would normally take days. no provider approval, and none of the attack data or exposed credentials had to leave the environment
the attacking models had reduced refusals
the models available to the defenders had normal ones
the open model was the one they could actually use
this incident showed what they really buy you:
a model nobody else can switch off when you need it most.

a Vietnamese AI engineer just built a real-time system that counts objects moving down a conveyor belt.
it runs on ultralytics' objectcounter.
train a detector, define the region you care about, and it handles the rest. works for anything on a line, parts, packages, produce.
the clever bit:
instead of hand-labeling thousands of frames, he took a single frame, pre-annotated it with meta's segment anything (sam-2, built into ultralytics), and trained yolo11-nano on just that.
one annotated frame, and it tracks objects accurately across the entire video.

Four skills I use to create Grok Imagine short films.
I'm writing an article on creating films using Grok Imagine, it should be public in ~24 hours. Here's early access to the skills.
Install all four in Grok. Script writer hands its output to char sheet and location/prop reference, both feed straight into prompt-creator. Skip one and you're back to writing every bible entry, reference sheet, and shot prompt by hand.

Tried 30 character references with Seedance 2.5 with a family dinner scene.
Picked 30 characters out of the 150 I shared before and tried generating a family dinner scene with a simple prompt. This one was a 25s generation.
Prompt: [all char refs], a big family dinner, cinematic footage, multiple cuts, dynamic camera angels. show all characters, 20 cuts.
You can find character sheets in the quoted post.
150 Free Character Sheets
I recently realized I've created around 150 characters so far. Some came from shorts and some are still waiting inside stories haven't told yet.
A mixed collection of mostly stylized characters across 2D, 3D, realistic and cinematic looks, generated with Midjourney and GPT Image 2.
Today I’m sharing them as downloadable character sheets, completely free to use. Feel free to use them in your own stories, AI videos, game ideas or visual experiments.

The crack in the wall turned into a portal for an entire cheerleading squad. The guy's reaction in the video is somewhere between shock and "finally."
It all starts with one static POV shot: legs on the couch, a cluttered room, a crack in the beige wall. Then the crack blows open in a cloud of dust, and one after another, several women with identical hairstyles crawl out through the hole - crawling over the rubble, laughing, reaching toward the camera.
In eight seconds the scene goes from complete stillness to chaos with multiple characters at once - and all of it grew out of one static shot of a couch and a wall.
How to replicate it:
SHOT - a simple static POV shot as your starting point (filmed on a phone)
KEYFRAME - build a reference shot of the wall-burst moment in Nano Banana or GPT Image, using one face as the master reference for all the look-alike characters (character lock) video by voidstomper
ESCALATE - Seedance 2.0 or Kling bring the reference to life, ramping up the chaos and the number of characters frame by frame
The guy on the couch clearly didn't have a script for this. The model, it seems, did.
@voyzlab - I break down how to get this kind of escalation from a single shot.

The High-Speed Worker, Not the Master Designer
The first and safest role of AI is the Apprentice.
The Apprentice is fast, obedient, useful, and limited.
It can clean the table. It can sort the notes. It can draft the first version. It can summarize a long article. It can compare two frameworks. It can turn messy ideas into structure. It can convert raw fragments into a workable outline.
But the Apprentice does not own the vision.
This is where many people fail. They confuse first draft with final judgment. They treat AI’s speed as evidence of superiority. They look at a neat structure and think the work is done.

NVIDIA did it again..
they trained a GPT that generates human movement instead of text.. next-token prediction, but the tokens are body motions.
it's called GPC and it hit a 99.98% success rate reproducing a massive corpus of motion clips.. cartwheels, vaults, flips, all of it.
→ 99.98% success rate reproducing motion clips
→ learns cartwheels, flips, vaulting from raw data
→ adapts to new tasks with <1% extra parameters
studios spend 6-12 months and millions of dollars building custom controllers for one character in one game.
GPC does it in one forward pass.
Pixar, Ubisoft, and every mocap studio on the planet just felt a chill down their spine.
the same next-token trick that gave us ChatGPT is now doing parkour inside a physics engine.
