Stay away from @NetstarSA. I sold my cars back in April, requested a cancellation and they kept dragging. Ultimately I paid a 2,4k cancellation fee earlier this month! Guess what, they are refusing to cancel the account and are charging me even more! Scammers!

Imagine having to CLOSE your entire bank account just to stop a company from taking your money. 馃槶馃挃 This is the point Netstar has pushed me to!
For YEARS, I鈥檝e been trying to cancel my account. I鈥檝e sent countless emails, called their call centre repeatedly, and even received confirmation that my account was CANCELLED.
But guess what? THE DEBIT ORDERS CONTINUE!
I block the debit order, and somehow another one appears under a different name. HOW IS THIS ALLOWED?!
I鈥檓 genuinely exhausted. Years of money being deducted for a service I鈥檝e repeatedly asked to cancel.
Has anyone else experienced this with @NetstarSA , or am I the only one? PLEASE share your experience.
