More silverware for Lobby XI as we lifted the annual Caplan Cup after beating @WestminsterWFC 2-1.
Goals from @matt_dathan & @oscartami1 before he went and got himself sent off 🤷♂️
Still pulled through in the end. @kiranstacey and Dathan continue their 100% winning streak 💯⚽🏆
Very proud of my great friend @NickPurewal who has written a gripping book about the sale of Chelsea FC. bbc.co.uk/sport/football/art…. Published later this year by @BitebackPub

A historic moment today as the Lobby XI played its first ever FA-sanctioned game against @LibDems.
A fantastic turnout of seven MPs for the LDs.
The Lobby ran out 8-0 winners at Brighton’s training ground - goals from Quinn (3), Tami (2), King (2) and Rajab.
Labour next week.
Time to rid ourselves of the ridiculous 'political content removed' rules on government websites. The public can cope with political statements. This is borderline unreadable.

Prof Chris Whitty @CMO_England was completely right in this judgment. Just imagine the catastrophic consequences for public confidence of an unsafe Covid vaccine. Approval process very effectively compressed by Kate Bingham and vaccine taskforce.

Richard Burgon boasts of Labour’s election success in Tribune magazine:
‘this year with 10.3 million votes we got 750,000 more votes than Blair’s winning total in 2005 (9.6m) and a higher share of the vote and greater number of votes than in both 2010 (8.6m) and 2015 (9.4m).’

Here’s some food for thought for the next Labour leader, courtesy of @sexliesballots
72% of Guardian readers voted Labour in 2017. Versus 17% of Daily Mail readers.
But the Mail sells 9 times as many copies. And therefore reaches more Labour voters than the Guardian. – at London, England
