I’m not as impressed with Bob Chesney and Curt Cignetti as I am with the James Madison Athletic Director. Cheers to them. They know football coaches. These coaches were from Elon and Holy Cross. The AD knows something.
I think Oregon was just bigger and more importantly faster than JMU, but if this is true I can’t help be a little frustrated
I’m pretty curious to watch this game. The info I heard from someone I trust last December was that Chesney made Hitschler the lead guy to run point on UCLA transition during JMU’s prep.
Allegedly, that’s why JMU’s very good defense looked totally out of gap against Oregon all game.
I don’t think it would have changed the outcome of the game or anything. Nonetheless, will be interesting to see how the pseudo-rematch plays out
